Please note, our Japanese Head Spa service is designed for optimal comfort and safety. Our massage bed accommodates guests up to 135kg to ensure a relaxing experience for all clients due to the safety specifications of our basin.
1. TEF TEF reserves the right to cancel non-confirmed appointments at any time.
2. We request young children are carefully guarded to prevent discomfort to fellow customers.
3. Please ask for a quote on services prior to commencement.
4. Cheques are not accepted.
5. TEF TEF takes no responsibility for the longevity of your colour and retexturising services if our recommendations for care are not followed.
6. Although every attempt is taken, TEF TEF accepts no responsibility to damage incurred to garments and personal effects during services within the salon.
7. We take $20 deposits per service for all new bookings and larger colour appointments. The deposit is credited towards your service in the salon. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to your services.
Please note: TEF TEF accepts Cash,VISA, Mastercard and EFTPOS. Complimentary consultations are available. All prices include GST.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Please understand that when you miss your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Our salons now require card details in advance, to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Missed appointments & cancellations (including rescheduling) made without the courtesy of 24-hour notice prior to the appointment time will be charged 50% of the full price of the booked service, to the credit card* which was held at the time of online booking.
This cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our waiting guests of appointment availability. Our aim is to provide an excellent service level and this policy allows us to achieve this.
We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance via SMS. If you do need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
• Valid for services only; not redeemable for retail products or cash.
• No change will be given.
• Voucher must be presented at time of appointment.
• Booking are essential and subjuct to availability. (You still need to pay a deposit for a online booking to secure your spot)
• Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced.
• Expires 3 years from the date of issue.
